Workforce International are seeking an experienced and highly driven Leading Hand for works in the Precast industry.
This role would suit someone with demonstrated experience leading teams of 6 or more within the industrial manufacturing or building & construction space.
About the role:
$*****/hour + $1.85/hourly leading hand allowance
Regular overtime available with applicable penalties
Redhead, NSW location
5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
Immediate start for the right person
View to permanency for the right candidate
Duties may include:
Manage and lead teams on precast moulds to ensure efficient production
Providing hands on support for the team
Ensuring the quality of the product meets standards




Guiding the team to ensure protected work at all times
Experience working on pre-stressed moulds is desirable howevernot necessary
A successful candidate will:
Have at least 2 years experience as a leading hand or supervisor
Have demonstrated experience working in precast concrete, with strong knowledge of concreting, steel fixing and safety standards
Possess the ability to read and interpret drawings
Be able to satisfy a pre-employment medical including a D&A; screening
Have valid drivers licence and reliable transport
