You will lead the Network Maintenance field workforce across multiple work types and clients, reporting into the State Field Delivery Manager.
Key duties include coaching and up-skilling field staff, secure leadership of people, projects and processes, and managing planning, execution and close-out activities to build, maintain and decommission telecom networks for Optus, NBN, Telstra and others.
