What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day venue operations across bar, bistro and gaming

Manage and mentor a team of casual staff

Enforce service,



standards and venue compliance

Provide a positive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a 2IC, Assistant Manager, or Duty Manager in a pub or large hospitality environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

A people-first attitude – you lead from the front and support your team

RSA, RCG and TAB compliance certificates (required)

A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
