We are looking for a Junior Administrator to join our Gold Coast Branch in Molendinar and provide administrative support to our Branch Coordinator and wider branch team.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, friendly and eager to learn.

Previous administration experience is desirable, but we are also open to someone with strong computer skills and a positive attitude who is looking to start or develop their career in administration.

About the Role
Scanning, filing and organising paperwork and employee documentation
Maintaining accurate records for our scaffolders and site crews
Assisting with emails and general administrative correspondence
Answering and directing incoming phone callsContacting contractors, customers and suppliers as required
Following up paperwork, documents and outstanding information




Data entry and updating internal systems
Assisting with general office administration and branch support
Supporting the Branch Coordinator with day-to-day tasks as required

About You
Organised and able to keep paperwork and records in order
Confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office
Skilled and friendly when dealing with customers and contractors
Comfortable answering phone calls and communicating with different people
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Detail-focused with positive attention to accuracy

Pre-Employment Medical

As part of our recruitment process, the successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement. STAR Scaffolds will arrange and cover the cost of the assessment.
