Heaton Rail is recruiting for an experienced Factory Manager to lead a heavy manufacturing facility in Geelong. This senior site leadership role oversees manufacturing operations, production, quality, maintenance, safety and people performance with a day-shift, full time arrangement.

You will manage frontline leaders, coach teams, drive continuous improvement and build solid cross-functional relationships to sustain high safety and quality standards across the site.
