The Role
n
As Field Safety Officer, you'll be responsible for overseeing WHS&E; requirements across our field operations and contractor network. You will play a critical role in implementing, maintaining, and promoting our Safety Management Systems, and ensure our team operates effectively and safely—without compromising the high level of service our clients expect.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For
n
Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety
n
Strong administrative, organisational, and interpersonal skills
n
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
n
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
n
Desirable (but not essential):
n
Experience in Construction or HVAC industry
n
Cert IV in Training & Assessment
n
Experience with WHS platforms such as:
n
Safety Culture
n
SimPRO
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Manage and monitor WHS&E; compliance across Peak ARE worksites
n
Maintain open communication with field teams and supervisors
n
Support the coordination and oversight of high-risk activities
n
Assist with internal and external audits to meet ISO and other accreditation standards
n
Lead incident/accident reporting and investigation processes
n
Maintain WHS resources such as PPE, First Aid Kits, and safety equipment
n
Conduct regular Toolbox Talks and site consultations
n
Support the development and maintenance of Peak's Integrated Management System (IMS)
n
Contribute to company-wide communication, meetings, and performance targets
