LICENSEES, AVM's & DUTY MANAGERS - Upmarket Pubs – CBD & Surrounds - F/T

We have venues in our upmarket boutique pub group, on the hunt for the following positions -

Licensees

n

Duty Managers

n

Who We're Looking For -

n

These roles suit hospitality professionals who thrive in energetic, quick-paced environments and know how to lead by example. You'll be hands-on, solutions-focused, and ready to take the reins, whether you're pouring beers, running a shift or managing an entire venue.

n

Role Requirements (varying by position level) -

n

Previous experience in pubs in Sydney (equivalent to the role you are applying for)

n

Solid background in food, beverage, gaming, tab, keno and functions

n

Solid understanding of NSW liquor and gaming compliance

n

Demonstrated financial and operational acumen (including wage control, stock, invoices (Lightyear) and supplier management)

n

Proven ability to train, roster (Deputy),



lead and mentor a team

n

Hands-on experience with POS (Bepoz), reporting, and daily cash handling

n

A commitment to compliance, maintenance and policy adherence

n

Experience in gaming systems e.g. Global, S7000

n

Ability to build community rapport and deliver outstanding customer service

n

Full availability to work across rotating rosters including weekends and evenings

n

Full working rights in Australia

n

Mature, proactive, and accountable

n

Calm under pressure, fast on your feet

n

Strong communicator and team player

n

Pride in presentation and professionalism

n

Passionate about great service, quality products, and genuine hospitality

n

Tech-savvy with a can-do attitude

n

Solid product knowledge – especially around craft beer, wine, and spirits

n
