Your new role

Will see you working closely with a "Leading Litigation Lawyer" as Recommended in Legal 500 and Best Lawyers in Australia and her Special Counsel and three (3) Senior Associates. She is also a member of the resilience team. Given the nature and size of the team, you will be involved in all aspects and be able to make a significant contribution to the outcome.

Act on a range of general commercial litigation matters including for Corporations as well as Directors & Officers in securities claims and class actions, general
corporate/financial
services disputes; Regulatory investigations; civil penalty proceedings pursued by ASIC and other Regulators; and criminal prosecutions arising from alleged misconduct in financial markets.
