What You'll Receive

Casual rate: $***** p/h + commission + super
n
Flexible shifts: Monday–Saturday, 8am–10pm
n
4‐week rosters published in advance
n
Padstow location with free onsite parking

Weekly pay

Hybrid work option after 6 months

The Role
n
You'll be the first point of contact for customers calling O'Brien®.
n
Your responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing inbound customer calls with confidence and care
n
Booking vehicle glass repair and replacement appointments
n
Clearly explaining solutions and value‐added products
n
Building trust through professional communication
n
Working collaboratively within a stable, established team
n
n
This role focuses on quality conversations, not cold calling.
n
Training & Support
n
You'll be set up properly from day one.
n
n
4 weeks of full‐time paid training (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
n
Structured onboarding with clear systems and processes
n
Ongoing coaching and mentoring
n
A mature, supportive contact centre environment
n
n
Plus: all‐day breakfast onsite and a down‐to‐earth team culture.

About You
n
You don't need glass industry experience — transferable skills matter most.
n
You'll be well‐suited if you bring:
n
n
Customer service or sales experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, trades support, etc.)
n
Strong communication and listening skills
n
Confidence using computer systems
n
A reliable, professional approach to work
n
A genuine desire to help customers find the right solution
