Maintenance Fitter - Day Shift | Up to $65/hr

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a busy manufacturing operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on maintenance, fault finding and keeping production machinery running efficiently.

The Role
n
n
Preventative and scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment
n
Breakdown maintenance and mechanical repairs
n
Fault finding and troubleshooting machinery
n
Repairing and replacing mechanical components
n
Carrying out planned shutdown and maintenance work
n
Minimising production downtime
n
Working closely with production and maintenance teams
n
Completing maintenance documentation as required
n
Following all site safety procedures
n

What We're Looking For
n
n




Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner
n
Previous experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, production or industrial environment
n
Solid preventative maintenance experience
n
Confident with breakdowns and fault finding
n
Ability to work 10-hour shifts
n
Flexibility to complete weekend work
n
Strong safety focus
n
Reliable and able to work well within a fast-paced environment
n
