The Lost Dogs' Home in Cranbourne is seeking a part-time, max-term Customer Experience Officer to assist with adoptions, reclaims, and lost pet searches while supporting daily shelter operations. You will manage customer inquiries, guide adopters through the process, perform light administrative tasks, and help reunite pets with their families in a compassionate, animal-loving team setting.
