Chempro Aged Care Chemist is seeking an enthusiastic and highly communicative
Client Service Officer
to join our dedicated aged care team based in Bundall. This unique role is ideal for a dispensary technician/client services officer with exceptional interpersonal skills who enjoys building strong professional relationships and is looking for a rewarding career path outside the traditional retail environment.
About the Role
As a
Client Service Officer
, you will manage a portfolio of residential aged care homes and act as one of the points of contact for facility management teams. Your work will directly support resident care, and the high service standards Chempro Aged Care is known for. Full training will be provided to assist you with understanding the processes in place from both an internal pharmacy and external client service perspective.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and nurturing relationships with assigned residential aged care homes with assistant from the external pharmacist team
Liaising with facility management and reporting back to internal pharmacy operations team
Auditing Imprest stock for general tidiness, expiry dates, and stock levels and reporting back to the pharmacy
Performing medication storage at the facility to determine if the facility is following the correct procedures
Maintaining the Aged Care retail catalogue
Attending market stall events and lifestyle events as needed
Responding to queries from aged care residents and their families




Travelling between several locations across South East QLD and Northern NSW (company vehicle provided)
Skills & Attributes
We are looking for someone who:
Is an experienced dispensary technician/client services officer with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Can work independently and proactively manage and schedule their workday
Is motivated to ensure a high standard of service and client satisfaction
Maintains a well-organised schedule for meetings, tasks, and client follow-ups
Is flexible with time and travel to meet facility needs
Has excellent problem-solving ability and a professional, reliable manner
