Arena Hotel at Chullora NSW is looking for a front office manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering genuine hospitality. Flexibility is essential, as the role includes AM and PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations as the Front Office Manager on Duty

Stay calm under pressure, handle challenging situations professionally, and maintain solid attention to detail

Transform guest concerns into positive outcomes and lasting impressions

Maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and skilled presence at all times

Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience and support a hands‑on service culture

Undertake full responsibility for roster and payroll of the front office staff

Undertake full responsibility for managing operating expenses and purchasing for the department

Set Front Office budget, monitor profit & loss and cash handling throughout the year.





Responds to reviews on all platforms Google Reviews and OTA platforms.

Work closely with the housekeeping department to improve guest services.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Previous Front Office leadership experience (a minimum of 3 years) is required

Hotel-based Front Office leadership experience is essential for this role

Solid understanding of Front Office operations, standards, and procedures

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, RMS, RoomMaster, SiteMinder

Full availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail

Outstanding personal presentation and communication skills

Natural ability to build rapport with guests, contractors and team members

A proactive, hands‑on leadership style

Must possess full work rights in Australia
