Hallmark Hospitality is launching an exciting new late night country venue in Maroochydore and we're looking for energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team.

About the Role
n
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests while working within a supportive and energetic team environment.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
Fast paced bar service
n
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
n
Running food and drinks during busy service periods
n
Glassy duties, including clearing and resetting tables and maintaining venue cleanlines
n
Assisting with venue setup and pack down
n
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas
n
Contributing to a positive and energetic team culture
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous food & beverage experience in a high volume hospitality venue
n
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Flexible availability, including late nights and weekends
n
Strong presentation and attention to detail
n
A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
n
RSA certification (required)
n
