Vitalis Healthcare at Home is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Complex Care Team. You will deliver hospital-level care in patients' homes across Sydney on a full-time or part time basis, working one-on-one with clients to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Applicants must hold an AHPRA registration, be eligible for NDIS checks, and possess a current CPR certificate. Travel within the Sydney metro is required, and a 24/7 rotating roster may apply.
