We are seeking a qualified Field Technician Mechanical Plumber to join our team in Dandenong South, Victoria. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient installation and repair of plumbing systems within the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our clients, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities: n

Commission and install new air conditioning systems across residential and light commercial projects.

Support the training, mentoring, and development of apprentices.
n
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial air conditioning installations.
n
Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with other trades to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
n
Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a solid team-focused approach.
n
Display a high level of reliability, professionalism, and punctuality.
n
Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
n
Be versatile and willing to work overtime when operational requirements demand.

Qualifications: n

Qualified Mechanical plumber with relevant certifications.
n
Proven experience in mechanical plumbing within the HVAC industry.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
