My Australia Direct We are seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will combine creative excellence with strategic thinking to deliver advertising solutions that drive brand awareness, audience engagement and commercial outcomes.

The position is full time and based in Syd, NSW.

Key Responsibilities
n

Develop and implement advertising concepts, strategies and campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
n
Advise internal stakeholders and clients on advertising approaches, creative direction and campaign objectives.
n
Lead the creation of advertising content, including copy, visual concepts, video and social media assets.
n
Coordinate advertising campaign production, ensuring creative outputs are delivered on time and to a high standard.
n
Analyse audience trends, cultural insights and campaign performance data to inform creative recommendations.
n
Collaborate with creative, strategy, media and production teams to deliver integrated advertising campaigns.
n




Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior members of the creative team.
n
Ensure advertising campaigns effectively communicate brand messages and engage target audiences.
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
n
At least 1 year' relevant experience in advertising, creative strategy or agency environments.
n
Strong experience developing and delivering advertising campaigns across digital and social media channels.
n
Exceptional creative thinking, copywriting, art direction and content development skills.
n
Experience in video production, social content creation and campaign execution.
n
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, social media trends and cultural insights.
n
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
