raafa are seeking anexperienced and passionate Residential Aged CareManager to join our Vivian BullwinkelLodge in Merriwa . In this role you will maintainthe culture of excellence this team of residential care staff haveestablished, achieving optimum service delivery. Working closelywith both our senior leadership team will be responsible forensuring staffing, occupancy, and carefunding targets are achieved,while leading an established team of professionals making a realdifference in their community.

Therole:
n
n
Manage and support residential carestaff to deliver person centred services across high careand dementia areas, ensuring quality and consistency inline with Aged Care Standards.
n
Monitor staffing, occupancy,



and carefunding targets, ensuring financial sustainability andeffective resource use.
n
Oversee care models, handlecomplaints professionally, and contribute to operationalplans aligned with raafa's
strategicobjectives.
n
Workin partnership with the General Manager - Residential CarePerformance and the General Manager - Residential CareOperations to ensure all aspects of the budget aremonitored.
n
Partner with the General Manager -Residential Care Performance and the General Manager -Residential Care Operations on budgets and build externalnetworks to promote raafa services and
identifyopportunities
for growth.
n
Foster a customer-driven approach toall aspects of care that promotes resident clinical andemotional wellbeing and quality of life.
n
Takeon the responsibility of communicating with
residents,relatives,
staff and community.
n
Respond to and ensure complaints arehandled in a professional, timely and effective manner toensure a satisfactory resolution.
n
Responsible for ensuring a safe andhealthy work environment for staff and residentsalike.
n

Aboutyou:

Proven management experience in agedcare or health
n
Commitment to raafa'svalues
n
Clinical knowledge and skills (AHPRAregistration preferred)
n
Confidence in managing budgets,occupancy, and care funding targets
n
Excellent communication andrelationship building skills with residents,



families, andstaff

Ability to work independently, managechange, and support
organisationalobjectives

Flexible, solutions focused approachwith strong problem solving skills

Understanding of Aged Care Standardsand compliance requirements

This role will see you manageour Vivian Bullwinkel Lodge. The Vivian BullwinkelLodge was opened in late ****, situated in 85 Hester Avenue. Eventhough it is the smaller facility out of the two with 79 beds, thelodge still offers the same amount of care and services withpermanent and respite care.
