THE CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER ROLE:
Managing relationships across a portfolio of 15+ clients
Acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams
Running client meetings, providing updates and talking through campaign performance
Working closely with specialists across Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
Confidently understanding and communicating digital marketing strategies to clients
Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall client results
Managing expectations, timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
Building solid, long-term relationships that support client retention and growth
No business development or cold calling - this is focused on client relationships, retention and delivery
