Blueprint Logistics is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and help grow our national customer base.
About us
We are a freight management business specialising in tailored transport solutions for construction materials, architectural products, industrial freight and other difficult-to-move goods.
Through our national carrier network, we coordinate local, regional and interstate deliveries using general freight, crane trucks, HIABs, tail-lift vehicles, forklifts and other specialised equipment.
This is a genuine new-business sales role.
You will identify prospective customers, open doors, build relationships and convert opportunities into profitable, long-term accounts.
What you'll be doing
Identify and approach prospective customers across targeted industries
Generate leads through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and face-to-face visits
Meet decision-makers to understand their transport requirements and challenges
Present tailored freight management solutions
Manage opportunities from initial contact through to implementation
Work with our operations team to onboard new customers successfully
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities and follow-ups
Develop a strong pipeline of qualified prospective customers
Achieve agreed new-business revenue and profitability targets
Build long-term customer relationships after the initial sale
About you
Experience in freight, transport, logistics or a related industry




A practical understanding of how transport services are priced and delivered
A proven ability to generate and win new business
Confidence making cold calls and approaching prospective customers
The ability to communicate with business owners, logistics managers and operational teams
A commercial mindset and an understanding of profitable growth
Solid organisation, self-motivation and consistent follow-up habits
The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with operations
Experience selling freight management, general freight, taxi trucks, crane trucks or specialised transport services will be highly regarded.
