Mater Health Services, South East Queensland, seeks a Pharmacist Team Leader for our Inpatient Dispensaries at South Brisbane.
Lead two inpatient dispensary teams, deliver high-level clinical services, and manage staffing and quality initiatives across public and private hospitals.
You will balance hands-on clinical work with managerial duties, liaising with hospital leaders to optimise patient care and medication safety, working a 365-day service model including shifts and on-call.
