Job Description
NSW Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 to lead and coordinate ambulatory care across HITH, ACOS and PIXI services in Griffith.
You will provide advanced clinical assessments, lead nursing practice and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure, timely patient care in the community and hospital settings.
The CNS2 role requires postgraduate nursing qualifications, at least three years of clinical experience and strong leadership with a focus on evidence‐based
