Job Description
Metcash Crestmeadow is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
You'll be a central point of contact for internal and external customers, handling enquiries, orders, claims and complaints with professionalism and accuracy.
This is a hybrid role with office-based collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Wednesday to Friday: 11:00am–4:00pm in the office, 5:00pm–8:00pm at home; Saturday and Sunday: fully remote, 10:00am–4:00pm.
