Job Description
Uniting is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for the Community Living Supports program in Tuggerah.
You will deliver individualised psychosocial supports aligned to recovery goals and a holistic, person-centred approach to empower consumers in their community journey.
Role involves developing recovery plans with consumers, carers and clinicians, guiding skill development, and connecting clients with services while maintaining accurate records.
A full Australian driver's licence is required.
