A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join a high-performing team within a large, well-established organisation. With a significant national presence and a strong reputation in its sector, the business offers an excellent platform for someone looking to develop their commercial finance career. You will join a collaborative and supportive environment with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and broader business operations. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Deliver commercial analysis across multiple locations to assess performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability
n
Support the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with operational and financial goals
n
Conduct feasibility analysis on new locations, assessing revenue potential,



costs and margins
n
Provide financial reporting including month end, forecasting and variance analysis, translating results into clear commercial insights
n
Partner with the commercial team on yield and pricing analysis to optimise revenue and site performance
n
Assist with capital expenditure submissions and business cases for new initiatives
n
Undertake ad hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis to support commercial decision making
n
Support innovation and transformation projects, including improvements to reporting processes
n
We are looking for someone who is CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' experience in commercial roles, focusing on analysis, stakeholder engagement, and commercial decision making. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
