Job Description

Marsh is seeking a talented Commercial lawyer to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office per week, and involves providing commercial legal support across Marsh and Mercer Australia.

You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, review marketing materials, and advise on regulatory matters. The successful candidate will analyse evolving laws, manage external counsel, and mentor junior team members
