Job Description

BBC Studios ANZ is expanding its Sydney team with a 12-month fixed-term HR Business Partner role. You will partner with Production and wider ANZ leadership to strengthen culture, leadership capability and employee experience, working across both staff and freelance populations.

Reporting to senior HR partners and supporting global content, you will help embed consistent people practices, governance and workforce planning in a rapid-paced creative workplace.
