The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-calibre sales professional who is motivated by success and takes genuine pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will be responsible for:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Lexus customers
n
Managing enquiries and developing sales opportunities for both New & Certified Pre Owned Vehicles
n
Conducting premium vehicle presentations and test drives
n
Understanding customer requirements and matching them with the right Lexus vehicle
n
Achieving and exceeding agreed sales and performance targets
n
Maintaining consistent and professional follow-up
n




Creating repeat and referral business through exceptional customer relationships
n
Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team
n
Maintaining an expert knowledge of Lexus products, technology and ownership benefits
n
Becoming an ambassador for the Dealership and Lexus Brand throughout the community
n
