Annabelle Childcare Centre in Sydney is seeking a Second in Charge in Training who is passionate, creative and dedicated. You will work with the Centre Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive improvement projects while mentoring educators.
This newly created role requires Diploma or higher in Children's Services (or current study), a Working with Children Check, First Aid, and robust EYLF/NQS knowledge, with a collaborative, training-focused leadership style.
