To be successful, you will have the following:
n

A tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying,
or a related discipline is typically preferred.
n
8+ years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company
n
Strong commercial acumen
n
Exposure to projects over $50m

With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and continued business success, our client is now looking to appoint a Senior Contract Administrator on a education project within Brisbane.
n
Experience with a reputable mid-tier builder is highly advantageous and strongly desired. You will report directly to the Project Manager and you will have the support of other CA's and administrative support.
