You will join a close-knit small team providing a range of technical services to a broad range of customers. Tasks & responsibilities include:

Provide technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Support end-users via phone, email, and remote support tools. Solid verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude. Monitor and manage client environments and perform daily checks & tasks. Assist with Projects, cloud migrations, new hardware and software installations. Have a deep understanding of MSP tools, remote monitoring, and management platforms. Ideally you are a Systems/IT Support Engineer with the following experience:

Knowledgeable of Windows Server,



Active Directory, M365, Exchange and Exchange online. Intune device management and creation of policies + apps Managing Enterprise applications in Entra ID Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery Experience with WinTel Environments Experience with Virtualisation & Hosted Environments Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
