Rydges Bankstown is seeking a Reservations Team Leader to be the first point of contact for all guest phone and digital enquiries, coordinating bookings, restaurant orders, room service requests and housekeeping with flair and precision.
You will manage FIT and group bookings using Opera PMS, maintain guest profiles, resolve issues, and collaborate with hotel teams. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, with fluent English and robust customer care.
