You will be responsible for delivering high-quality EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites, ensuring users are supported effectively across their day-to-day technology needs. You will be a practical, customer-focused IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in quick-paced support settings. Approachability, good written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role.

You will bring:
n
n
Proven experience in EUC, Desktop Support, or similar hands-on roles involving incident troubleshooting and timely resolution
n
Solid knowledge of Windows environments
n
Experience building and imaging hardware, with technical knowledge of laptop devices
n
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and SCCM
n
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and ability to diagnose connectivity issues
n
Printer troubleshooting experience
n
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Familiarity with ITIL practices
n
