About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our Sydney team.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys developing new business while maintaining solid customer partnerships. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of hospitality venues, retailers, distributors, production kitchens, and other food service customers throughout Sydney and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong quarterly sales pipeline.
n
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
n
Plan and conduct weekly sales visits and customer meetings.
n
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
n
Present product ranges, promotional opportunities, and new product launches.
n
Conduct product demonstrations and tastings for customers.
n
Negotiate pricing, trading terms, and prepare customer quotations.
n
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for account growth.
n
Provide accurate weekly sales reports and market feedback.
n
Work closely with customer service and management teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
n
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
n
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities.
n




Contribute to the development and execution of sales growth strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum5 years sales experience.
n
Experience in field sales, account management, or business development.
n
Knowledge of the food service, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
n
Experience with premium food products, specialty ingredients, or imported foods will be highly regarded.
n
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
n
Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow existing accounts.
n
Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
n
Willingness to travel throughout Sydney and surrounding areas.
n
