This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a high-performing, large multinational business. Sitting within the Group Financial Control team, this role will focus on delivering key finance transformation and process improvement projects.
n
The business operates across multiple sites and divisions throughout APAC, generating revenues in excess of $1.5bn. Following a period of sustained organic growth, acquisitions and change management, there is a need to uplift and standardise accounting processes to support their next phase of business.

Working closely with the Group Financial Controller and external auditors, you will play a key role in strengthening the control environment, improving reporting accuracy and driving best practice across the finance function.
n
This role will commence as a 6-month contract through to mid April ****, with the potential to transition to a permanent position. Ideally you can commence within the next two weeks.

The Challenge

Partnering with the Financial Controller and wider Finance leadership team to deliver finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
n
Supporting the adoption and implementation of new accounting standards and updates
n
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies under IFRS and GAAP
n
Supporting the coordination and planning of the external audit process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
n
Enhancing the control environment to strengthen financial reporting processes and mitigate risk
n
Providing technical accounting support across areas such as revenue recognition, leases and inventory
n
Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline financial control processes, driving efficiency and best practice
n

The Expertise
n

CA or CPA qualified, ideally with Audit background
n
Possibly you are a Senior Manager from Big4
n
Experience within a large, complex multinational environment
n
Strong technical accounting knowledge under IFRS
n
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a changing setting
n
A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on delivering outcomes
n
