Select Logistics & Transport in Smithfield, NSW is hiring an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our fleet maintenance workshop. You will supervise a team of Heavy Diesel Mechanics, coordinate repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance, and ensure safe and compliant practices.

Reporting to the Head of Fleet and Maintenance, you will drive improvements in workshop efficiency, maintain accurate records and build solid relationships with suppliers and OEMs.
