We're looking for an experienced and driven
Senior Sales Team Leader
to join our North Strathfield team and take a key leadership role across our sales operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being close to the action - coaching Team Leaders and agents, analysing performance, improving sales conversations and building teams that want to succeed.
About the Role n
As Senior Sales Team Leader, you will lead and develop Sales Team Leaders and frontline sales teams across multiple Not-for-Profit campaigns.
n
You'll take ownership of day-to-day sales performance, ensuring teams are engaged, targets are achieved and opportunities to improve results are quickly identified and actioned.
n
You will work closely with senior management and operations to drive sales performance, quality, productivity and employee development,



while creating a positive and competitive environment where success is recognised and celebrated.
n

What You'll Be Doing n

Lead, coach and develop Sales Team Leaders and frontline sales teams
n
n
Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
n
n
Monitor individual and team performance and take action to improve results
n
n
Deliver regular sales coaching, call reviews and performance feedback
n
n
Identify opportunities to improve sales conversations, conversion and productivity
n
n
Motivate teams through clear goals, recognition and performance initiatives
n
n
Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews and development discussions
n
n
Analyse reporting and turn performance data into practical actions
n
n
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
n
n
Assist with workforce planning, rostering and campaign resourcing
n
n
Champion continuous improvement and introduce new ideas to strengthen performance
n
n
Build a positive, accountable and high-performing sales culture
n
About You n
We're looking for an experienced sales leader who is confident taking ownership of performance and knows how to get the best out of people.
n
To succeed in this role, you will have:
n
n
n
Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader, Senior Team Leader or similar leadership role within a contact centre
n
n
Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales teams
n
n




A strong track record of driving sales targets, KPIs and performance improvement
n
n
Excellent coaching skills and the ability to turn feedback into measurable results
n
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate different personalities and performance levels
n
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n
Strong organisational, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
n
n
The confidence to have performance conversations and hold teams accountable
n
n
Confidence working with contact centre technology, reporting platforms and multiple systems
n
n
