Job Description

Define ClaimCenter solution architecture and technical roadmap.
n
Lead architecture workshops for FNOL, claims, exposures, reserves, coverage, and adjudication.
n
Design subrogation, recovery, litigation, and payment capabilities.
n
Define integrations with policy, billing, document, payment, fraud, and external service platforms.
n
Establish standards for configuration, security, performance, auditability, and maintainability.
n
Review high-level and low-level designs and govern implementation quality.
n
Mentor technical leads and developers and resolve complex architecture issues.
n
Support Guidewire Cloud migration, upgrades, release planning, and production readiness.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n




8-10 years of experience in configuration and customization for any Guidewire Claims system development.
n
Deep ClaimCenter architecture and configuration expertise.
n
FNOL, claims lifecycle, exposures, reserves, coverage verification, and adjudication.
n
Subrogation, recovery, litigation, and claims payment processes.
n
Advanced Gosu, PCF, data model, rules, workflow, batch, messaging, and integrations.
n
REST and SOAP web services and API architecture.
n
Experience on Qusar, Palisades, Olos, Niseko, or Mammoth
n
n
Positive to Have:
n
n
PolicyCenter or BillingCenter integration experience.
n
Fraud, document management, or payment integration experience.
