BOOKKEEPER / INTERNAL ACCOUNTANT FOR A COMMERCIAL EGG FARM IN WERRIBEE n
Reporting to the managing director and the GM, this is an opportunity for a talented individual to be responsible for all of the internal Accounting & Bookkeeping functions and Administration as part of a small dynamic team. You will be able to confidently lead discussions with Management and provide guidance and foresight as well as undertake the day-to-day requirements of the
Accounting/Bookkeeping
role.
Key responsibilities n
n
Manage all internal Accounting & Bookkeeping functions
n
Handle Accounts Receivable/Payable
n
Prepare monthly and annual financial accounts including budgets and forecasts
n
Manage BAS and Statutory reporting
n
Undertake reconciliations
n
Lead discussions with Management and provide guidance and foresight
n
About you n
n
Minimum 5 years proven experience as an Internal




Accountant/Bookkeeper
n
Strong knowledge of double entry accounting and reconciliations
n
Experience with XERO
n
Excellent communication and verbal skills
n
Capable of interacting effectively with people at all levels of an organisation
n
Detail-oriented to ensure no mistakes in critical documents
n
Australian Permanent Resident
