Our work includes responding to disasters and catastrophic events, specialising in insurance repairs and restoration for damages caused by flood, fire, water, mould, and storm damage.

Key Responsibilities: n
n




Perform emergency "make safe" works to mitigate further damage.
n
Prepare detailed reports and quotations on damage, including content inventories.
n
Carry out mould remediation, structural drying, and fire restoration services.
n
Set up and use specialised restoration equipment.
n
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and clients to ensure clear communication.
n
Maintain high Health and Safety standards.
n
Potential for travel to provide support during catastrophic events.
n
Participate in after-hours and weekend rosters.
n
Requirements: n
n
Experience in commercial or domestic cleaning (experience in building restoration, carpet cleaning, or trades is a plus).
n
Willingness to travel and respond to after-hours work as needed.
n
Valid driver's license and police check.
n
A valid White Card is essential for this role and will be required if you progress beyond the interview stage.
