Estimating on painting, partitioning and carpentry using relevant software.

Ability to read architectural plans
n
Facilitating and tracking the progress of your quotes and leads and reporting.
n
Understanding of painting and partitioning terminology.
n
Familiarity with SWMs, site safety and efficient site inspection
n

Skill & Experience
n
n
Proven Experience with Planswift program
n
Ability to quote, communicate with project managers and win work.
n
Prior experience with on-site inspection and estimating.
n
Ability to identify the needs of the customer and quote accordingly.
n
Outstanding customer service skills in a professional manner.
n
Ability to work in a quick paced, sometimes pressured environment.
n
Must have driver licence.
n
Painting and partitioning estimating experience is desirable
n
Must have good written and communication skills
n
Proficient in MS Office
n
Prior knowledge in estimating software desirable
n
Proven experience in sales and estimating.
