Priceline Pharmacy Kotara is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert beauty and skincare guidance to our customers whilst working within a dynamic pharmacy environment in Kotara, NSW ****. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in helping customers discover products that best suit their individual needs, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience in our beauty department. Your expertise and passion for beauty products will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the success of our retail operations.

Key responsibilities
n
Provide personalised beauty and skincare advice to customers, conducting consultations to understand their specific needs and concerns
n
Demonstrate product knowledge across our full range of beauty, skincare, cosmetics and haircare lines
n
Make informed product recommendations based on customer skin types, preferences and budgets
n
Assist customers with product testers and samples to ensure satisfaction before purchase
n
Maintain an attractive and well‐organised beauty section, including stock rotation and merchandising
n
Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using point‐of‐sale systems
n
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business through excellent service
n
Stay current with new product launches, promotions and beauty trends to share with customers
n
Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to support overall store operations
n
What we're looking for
n
Proven experience in beauty retail, cosmetics sales or a similar customer‐facing role within the beauty or pharmacy industry
n
Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics,



beauty and haircare products and their applications
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
n
A genuine passion for beauty and skincare with an enthusiasm for helping others feel confident
n
The ability to provide tailored advice and make product recommendations based on individual customer needs
n
Retail or point-of-sale experience is highly desirable
n
Ability to work flexibly on a part‐time basis, including weekend availability
n
Well‐presented appearance with a professional demeanour
n
Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude towards customer service
n
