We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Business Development Analyst to join the growing Marketing team at our Kent Town office.
n
This is a newly created role supporting our contracting divisions; Industrial & Commercial Construction, Mining & Industrial Services, and Steel Solutions. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Construction Director and Business Development teams, with real exposure to senior leaders from day one.
n
Put simply: you'll become our HubSpot person, and you'll turn what's in it into insight the business can act on.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Taking ownership of our HubSpot CRM. Data clean up, pipelines, custom fields, workflows, forms and user access.
n
Setting data standards and helping teams across the business use the system properly.
n
Building dashboards and reporting on pipeline, campaigns and lead performance.
n
Researching the markets we build in (warehousing, car parks, food & beverage, logistics and more) and tracking project pipelines and competitor activity.
n
Turning that research into clear recommendations for BD, estimating and divisional leaders.
n
Supporting sector-specific collateral, case studies and campaign activity.
n
Maintaining a central market intelligence library that feeds tenders.
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Demonstrated experience administering and optimising HubSpot (or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform) at a hands-on level.
n
Strong Excel skills and a natural interest in data, you enjoy digging into numbers and finding the story.
n
Working understanding of business development in a
contracting/tendering
environment (project pipelines, relationship-based sales, long sales cycles).
n
Marketing experience in a B2B, project-based or technical environment - construction, mining, industrial services, manufacturing or similar sector experience highly regarded.
n
Valuable written communication and the confidence to present findings to key stakeholders in the business.
n
n
Nice to have (not essential)
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
n
Experience researching or tracking specific end-markets (e.g.
warehousing/logistics,
government and public infrastructure, food & beverage)
n
Exposure to Power BI or similar
n
Hubspot certification(s)
n
n
Join a growth-focused, values-driven business where your expertise makes a real impact. Enjoy a range of benefits including:
