This is an ABN subcontractor prospect with ongoing cleaning work available in selected service areas.

This is an ABN subcontractor opportunity with ongoing cleaning work available in selected service areas.

RATE: $40 PER HOUR

SERVICE AREAS
n
Position 1 - Eastern Suburbs:
n
Box Hill, Burwood, Burwood East, Blackburn South, Balwyn, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Doncaster, Mount Waverley, Vermont South, Ferntree Gully and surrounding suburbs.
n
Position 2 - South Suburbs:
n
St Kilda, Elwood, Elsternwick, Brighton, Bentleigh, Bonbeach, Seaford, Frankston, Hastings and surrounding suburbs.
n
Position 3 - South Eastern Suburbs:
n
Cranbourne, Cranbourne North, Cranbourne East, Clyde, Clyde North, Keysborough, Dandenong, Narre Warren, Berwick, Hallam, Springvale, Noble Park and surrounding suburbs.
n
Position 4- Northern Suburbs:
n
Preston, Brunswick, Brunswick East, Thomastown, Epping, Craigieburn, Broadmeadows, Bundoora, Fawkner, Campbellfield, Greensborough and surrounding suburbs.
n
Position 5 - Inner City:
n
Melbourne CBD, Docklands, Southbank, Carlton, Richmond, North Melbourne, South Melbourne, Port Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

ABOUT THE WORK
n
Cleaning services may include:
n
n




General house cleaning
n
Vacuuming and mopping
n
Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
n
Dusting and wiping surfaces
n
Laundry and ironing
n
Bed making and linen changes
n
Other light household cleaning duties
n
n
Most services are approximately 2–4 hours per client, with opportunities for ongoing work as new clients become available.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SUBCONTRACTORS WHO

Are reliable, honest and take pride in their work

Have a genuine passion for helping people
n
Are friendly, respectful and professional
n
Can work independently and manage their own time
n
Have previous domestic cleaning experience
n
Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Have access to a reliable vehicle
n
Have strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
n
Are available for regular cleaning work
n

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Active ABN
n
Own reliable vehicle
n
Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
n
Current National Police Check
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtainWorking With Children Check or willingness to obtain
