Due to continued growth, we're looking for a motivated and customer focused Kitchen Designer to join our Toowoomba team.

About the Role
n
Based in Toowoomba, you'll meet customers in their homes, design their dream kitchens using our industry-leading ArtiCAD 3D design software, prepare quotations and guide customers through the sales process from concept to completion.

You will be responsible for:

Designing functional and inspiring kitchen solutions.
n
Conducting in-home consultations with customers.
n
Preparing accurate quotes and proposals.
n
Managing sales opportunities from lead to close.
n
Delivering an exceptional customer experience.
n
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
n

We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Has a proven track record in sales and closing deals.
n
Enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding service.
n
Is confident presenting solutions in customers' homes.
n
Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
n
Can work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
n
Previous kitchen, cabinetry, interior design or renovation experience is advantageous but not essential.
