Elm Colour Your Lifestyle Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Clothing Store Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our Warriewood store. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring the successful delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Warriewood store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting
n
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
n
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work setting
n
Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
n
Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and compliant with company policies and procedures
n
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
n
Collaborate with the regional management team to support the overall business strategy
n

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry
n




Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
n
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience
n
Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
n
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices
