YOMG Mornington in Frankston is seeking a Full Time Kitchen Manager to lead the day-to-day back of house operations, ensure safety and profitability, and deliver high-quality food and service.
You will coach and roster the team, monitor labour and food costs, maintain stock control and FIFO, and collaborate with Head Office to implement promotions and improvements.
A hands-on leader with excellence in communication will thrive.
