Your Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will:
Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision
Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful setting for residents, staff, and visitors
What We're Looking For
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) –essential
Previous experience in aged care –preferred
Genuine empathy and a commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing
Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
Ability to recognise and respond to changes in resident health
Current work rights in Australia –required
A Police Check will be conducted by the organisation on your behalf
