An Administration All-Rounder role at ACE1 Metal Roofing, perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and wants to be part of a company where no two days are the same. You'll have exposure to administration, scheduling, accounts, safety, marketing, and project support, with the chance to grow alongside the business.

Key responsibilities
General admin support, inbox management, and accounts assistance
Scheduling jobs, preparing job folders, and coordinating with clients
Supporting safety records, checklists, and compliance tasks
Helping with social media, marketing, and client communications
Attending site visits to support supervisors and update records
Contributing to team culture, events, and continuous improvements
Assisting with accounts in quoting, invoicing and bills

About you
A motivated all-rounder with a "can-do" attitude
Robust organisational and communication skills
Confident with computers and keen to learn new systems




Previous admin experience is an advantage, but not essential
