You will support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations, mentor staff and uphold high culinary standards across à la carte, buffet and special dining experiences in a unique Red Centre location.

You bring proven Sous Chef experience, trade qualifications in commercial cookery, solid leadership, and a commitment to food safety.
